قضت الجلسة العامة للمحكمة الإدارية المتعهدة في إطار الطور الثاني للتقاضي بخصوص نزاعات الترشح للانتخايات الرئاسية 2024 اليوم الخميس 29 أوت 2024، برفض الطعن شكلا في ملف المترشحة عبير موسي.
وكانت الدوائر الاستئنافية للمحكمة الادارية قد قضت برفض الطعنيْن الذين تقدّمت بهما هيئة الدفاع عن عبير موسي في قرار هيئة الانتخابات المتعلق بعدم الموافقة على ملف ترشحها للاستحقاق الرئاسي القادم، حيث قضت بعدم قبول الطعن في القضية الأولى وقبول الطعن شكلا ورفضه أصلا في القضية الثانية.
